To pen an animal like that is the cruelest thing I have seen in a long time. How would a human like it if they were put in a pen that size. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto You.” That is what my Mother would always tell me. Thank you for sharing and I am so happy for Buttercup and all rescue animals. God Bless.
