My heart goes out to you gals for the lose of your beloved furrbabies. I too have been at a crossroad for 3 years now. My Maine Coone Kitty was 19 years old when he got cancer and we had to make that decision. He was our boy and we miss him dearly and there is no replacing him, that’s what my hubby says. But it sure would be nice to hear some kitty talk again someday.
This kitty as all are cute in my book.

I can understand not wanting to go thru that pain again–all too well–I am in so much pain right now because Bubba (our blue tick beagle) was taken to humane society Friday to be euthanized. We had him for 9 years but he was aging fast–kept ear infections–it was getting harder and harder for him to jump up on the bed and he slept with me. It’s so hard to look at my bed or to go out the back door and look at the empty spot where he laid in the sun-as most dogs do. We have 2 other ones–but it’s just not the same-he was so smart-he knew when he was going for a walk before I could tell him-he knew my moves and actions so well-and it’s and the pain is just too fresh right now.
@Sue- smart cat. I really miss my Velvet. She has been in kitty heaven 5 yrs now but I still miss her. My husband will not let me get another one because he loved Velvet too and said he will never go through that again(her dying from old age)She was 17 yrs old.
I guess I should retract my earlier statement folks–I forgot that I did used to have a cat (back in the ’70’s) that used to sit at the door and say “ouuut”! Amazing. He used to also walk along the back of our wicker sofa on the patio and lean on the doorbell when he wanted in
My mom just got this for my dogs for Christmas. Put it out just to make sure they would use it and my one guy jumped right on it and made hlesmif at him. This is an awesome bed and at a great price compared to most paces.
