Meet Po, the remarkable raven with a unique greeting! Rescued in 2009 in Silva, North Carolina, Po sustained a wing injury that hindered his flight, making survival in the wild impossible. Now under the care of the American Eagle Foundation, Po thrives despite his limitations. Known for his playful and energetic nature, he enjoys playing with sticks and even a perfectly-sized foam basketball.

Po’s vocalizations range from friendly greetings to assertive go-away calls, especially towards the veterinary staff. His sharp mind is kept active with puzzle feeders and training sessions that mimic natural behaviors. At least 15 years old, Po receives regular health check-ups and participates in voluntary health routines, ensuring his well-being in human care.
