Oh dear, do hope you really aren’t that negative. Tilly-G follows the pup and probably wouldn’t if not fond of the wiggly little pup. I don’t think a tortoise can really show motions like smiling, for instance. How sweet is it though that the little dog brings Tilly-G his favorite toys? It is adorable to see this little dog show such affection with kisses and pats on the tortoise’s head. Tilly-G is most likely content to live with this pup and humans who care so much. T-G and his companion both look so healthy too! Another sign of being happy! Family comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes … and I might add species! ?? Lovely story!

The tortoise and the dog, what a wonderful story, brings to mind “and the lamb shall lay down with the lion” another odd couple.
