   bob :in Austria, there are signs in the U-Bahn(subway) primarily for public use which goes “Nacht WC”. it only opens from 7:30pm and closed during daytime.

   Not Mexico or it would be written in Spanish so that leaves New Orleans or maby Vegas. Where ever it is that is just nasty!
