I kind of got nervous when the bear started hugging the dog.Sometimes the littlest thing could set them off.Look at that guy who trained the lions for the circus, he got attacked, you just have to be very careful!
I believe that the dogs are chained because if the Polar bears see the dogs running, the polar bears instinct would be to go and chase something that they think is wild (for dinner), other than their playmate dogs. What do you all think about that?
You make a good point, Lola. The dogs don’t seem at all threatened. I watched it again and noticed there is a full length documentary. Think I’ll watch it to for these animals fascinates me.
Awesome! Wildlife never ceases to amaze me. Just when we think we have everything figured out, we realize we don’t, and that’s a good thing sometimes. It’s wonderful to be amazed.

For a minute I thought the bear was gonna bite the dogs head off or take off with it.

Me, too! At what point would I have stepped in thrown a “cracker” to save my dog? haha.

I’m guessing because they’re sled dogs. Can’t count on them to be still and not run off or get into mischief.
