Due to neglect, this parrot plucked her own feathers out. She was given sweaters to wear after being rescued.

How precious!! She looks adorable in her little sweaters. I notice she is also a cookie “thief”. lol So glad to hear she is regaining her trust in people. Precious birdie, just precious!!!
