great-knew every word to every song and make and year of every car-fantastic times-however, the down side?? air raid drills , crawling under your desk until the all-clear siren told you the march of god-less communism had abated temporarily, searching the night sky for the latest Sputnik while we waited for the latest Vanguard wreck to quit smoking, knowing that the rockets that put Sputniks in orbit could drop an H bomb on the Pentagon-McCarthy and HUAC-polio paranoia before the Salk and Sabin vaccines, etc. I graduated in ’62 and have come to believe that the present isn’t done any favors by mythologizing the past

Great pics …… IF we could just get a good look at them. Some people should never be allowed to have a video editing machine!!!!
