It looks like an actual suit. Compare it to the passenger seat. And the right side where the arm is. The middle bulges out like a belly and there’s puckering around the “neck” of the headrest. It may cause an accident because of all the “looky-loos,” but it’s still clever.

I get it! Someone is in the back seat & they put their hands around the front seat & made it look like an alien or robot. Cool idea, tho!!
