Never Eat The ‘Clean’ Part Of Moldy Bread
It’s not safe to eat bread or fruit contaminated with mold, even if you cut away the moldy parts. When mold reproduces, it spreads throughout your food, hiding in places you can’t see. And while many species of mold are harmless, others can make you very sick. It’s just not worth the risk. What did you think? Just another paranoid snowflake trying to scare everyone. I’m 60, have tore off mold from bread my whole life, no problems?????. Have cut out moldy parts of every kind of food and eaten the rest, again no problems! If you live in such a paranoid state and are so over clean you probably would have problems because your body hasn’t been exposed to anything that “could” be harmful. So for you, be afraid, be very afraid?

Mold is the agent that makes cheese from milk. Not all molds are poisonous. Bread mold is one of the safer ones.

My parents were always eating moldy bread. Is bread made differently today?
