Although this Moose looks to be in good condition….his left front leg looks much larger than the other. I suspect infection or just painful. Yes he is thirsty, but unusual for him to then lay down!! When injured some wildlife knowing they are safe come in closer to where the humans are as a predator wont follow?
    Just my observation!

YOU will also notice the heavy fast breathing….either he had been running or again it’s do to pain?

What a beautiful smooth coat he has, never have I seen a healthier moose like this smooth good looking fellow
videod before. Seemed to know it too. Smart how he held the sprinkler in his mouth and drank at the same time.

He is quite a handsome moose, and I think it’s wonderful that the family allowed him to drink his fill and not chase him away.

Sorry, Love, but that is Bear Lake, not the sea. I loved how the moose lay down & just kept on drinking.

Kinda cute until you realize that a moose can be a dangerous animal.
