I too have a shelter dog that I sincerely believe God guided me to after I lost my husband, and then my precious long haired chihuahua within months of each other. I also felt lost and empty. My little Yorkie Mix has been the best little dog and has given me almost 7 years now of companionship. Having a dog when you would be otherwise alone in this world is indeed a gift from God. This is a great story and a perfect example of why we should always adopt, not shop for our next dog. Well said Mike.

I hope that Mike trust, believe, and acknowledge, that, it was divine intervention that brought he and Abbie together. May blessings of God continue to flow in their lives.

That was a truly moving and inspiring story. I am so happy that Mike found Abbie and that they helped each other find their way in life.
