mrshowscan…oh brother now I believe that I have seen and read everything. Unbelievable. Here this story is about Halloween candy and a beautiful little girl willing to share it with her mommy. Not a spoiled brat child as had been indicated in the other video’s regarding this editorial. In any case, why couldn’t you just sit back, relax, and listen to the reasoning and beautiful compelling conversation of a mother and child, and understanding the love that was exchanged here? Why in the name of all the angels in heaven would you bring up anything regarding sexuality? Whether its years from now regarding this sweet child, or even in the present? My God, I’ve known and dealt with large families my entire life and in my career haven’t encountered any child boy or girl that just because they were playing the game/or dressing like a “tom boy” turned out gay. And you really believe that a female’s sexual attitude can be well hidden in this young child? So, if she dressed up as a tom boy, your assumption is that she will grow up and be gay?! Are you serious? Hell, I’m going to be 65 in December, and I dress up and look like I’m in my 40’s as people often tell me. I act as if I’m in my 40’s. Does that make me gay? Or just haven’t caught up with today’s world of thinking?
It’s a shame that you took something so beautiful, so sweet, so precious and turned it around into something that probably will never happen, and this child of God will grow up and be more mature as she is now, and go far in her life. Simply by her intelligence, using her brain, loving and compassionate. Mrshowscan I just can’t believe that you would put something like this out there, when all this story was about a little girl, Halloween, and thought provoking conversation between a loving mother and a loving child. It’s sad when everything in life today appears to revolve around sex, and not the innocence of a child enjoying a day with or without candy. That’s the long and short of it, her sexuality had nothing to do with the day. Unbelievable how you think that what you said was okay…and as I stated in an earlier posting “I was 1000% on your side until you closed with the comment in parenthesis.” I still stand firm in saying that to you then and I’m saying the same to you now. Right now I have very little to no respect for you as I have had in the past with your postings. I find what you wrote even to defend yourself deplorable.

Well, Lola I guess you’re right. Something tells me that you voted Romney and now you’re really pissed off. I guess God will have to deal with me in His own way. I’ll tell my pastor about this and see what he says. Gee, deplorable. At least a few women in my apartment building find me OK.

I will now defend myself. I’m 66 years old and in my life I’ve encountered large families who had at least one child that was gay. Because of the lax attitude that we allow women to grow up, i.e. being tomboys, a female’s sexual attitude can be hidden easier than a male’s. You will be able to discern homosexual behavior traits in a boy long before you would recognize them in a girl. My reasons for supposing that the young lady would be gay is because of her sophistication. Since women of either orientation mature faster than males, at a later stage she would be highly mature as she shows in this video. Years from now she will deal with people on a very high mature level that even puts me to shame. I believe her personality would be “just” in dealing with people of all persuations. She won’t try to hurt a person unjustly regardless of either orientation. She’ll be beyond that.

Mr Showscan only said she’d break the hearts of girls if she was gay instead of boys. Nothin wrong in that. Only don’t think the boys will be happy if she is gay. She’s a lovely child. Her mom will beat me for my post.

You know mrshowscan I was 1000% on your side until you closed with the comment in parenthesis. What a shame you had a great comment and should have stopped while you had the great thought out there.

I don’t think she’ll break too many hearts, Debbie. As it says, she’s wise beyond her years. I think she’ll be very understanding around the oppostie sex(unless she turns out gay)

I’m talking about how pretty she is. When she is older, she will be a ‘fox’ (as they say now), and she will most likely break some hearts in her lifetime!!
