Man Rescues Dog Stuck on Balcony
When this man heard whining outside, he poked his head out the window and saw his neighbor’s dog above him stuck in the railings of the balcony. He quickly took action and climbed the side of the building to keep the dog from falling.

I’ve seen that video before and I’m sure that was too high for any ladder to reach. This guy has a lot of guts and I would like to thank him for saving that poor pup.

Same thing I was going to say. He was brave to do that and to risk his life for the dog. God bless him. I think it would of been best to call the fire department to do that
