Losing Weight Eating McDonald’s
Most people would associate McDonald’s with unhealthy weight gain but a science teacher name John Cisna of Ankeny had different results. He ate nothing but McDonald’s for 90 days and lost 37 pounds. His cholesterol even went down!

Wow, this is a amazing. Eating only McDonald’s everyday for 90 days, seems like it would be hard to do. By him walking every day for 45 minutes and eliminating carbohydrates and keeping a set calorie intake, made this possible. The double quarter ponder with cheese and no onions my favorite. I heard too much of processed meat is not good for the body. Every time I eat McDonald’s for a couple of days back to back, it gives me chest pains filled with gas. Yes, exercising is very important when eating fast food. I try to stay away from fast food. But sometimes it is hard to do. Congrads to this guy results. I’m not sure it safe for everyone to do.
