    Oh, yes, I remember seeing some footage of elephants swimming underwater and using their trunks like a snorkle. How could I have forgotten that?

    thanks for the info on the hippos…i do know that elephants swim cause i looked it up…they had some pics of them swimming…:)

    Actually, Nan, hippos don’t swim. They either float or sink to the bottom and run or walk. Not sure if elephants swim.

    I missed something in this entire picture. What am I not seeing? Maybe my glasses need readjusting. Just not getting what I’m suppose to be seeing. Someone please enlighten me.
