@Liz: Isn’t it an old Studebaker?I’m 65 and it’s American. Look on the sweatshirts of two of the women. They read Delta Zeta. Wouldn’t that be an American Soroity?
@mrshowscan: I hadn’t noticed the printing on their shirts, so you’re probably right that it’s American. Way back when, I used to own a ’49 Studebaker convertible, but the rear-end of it, if I remember correctly, was not so rounded down, but earlier models, I don’t remember seeing. You’re probably right, I just can’t tell. Thanx!
I wonder where the picture was taken ~ it doesn’t resemble any American, Japanese, British or German car I have ever seen, and I’ve been around nearly 68 yrs.! They sure packed alot in ~ I counted 14 at least!

Looks like a late 40’s Studebaker model draped and stuffed with late 50’s Delta Zeta models …

Looks like the 40’s. Reminds me of the 70’s in Prescot,AZ.I loaded 9 kids, 1 other adult & myself in a VW bug & drove it 7 miles, twice.
