   OMG the drivers are getting younger and younger. Maybe this is the age we should start training them so they know how to drive by the time they actually can earn the right to their license. Think that some of the older drivers could use their “second childhood” on a refresher course.

   My daughter was hit while riding her bike by a motorist that was cutting in and out of traffic. When he hit her, he gave her a dirty look and never bothered to stop. She was as far over as possible.
