   I think this little girl is way too young for a kitten. At one point she had it around the neck.

   What happens when she does that and mom or dad are not there to save the kitten??? I think they should wait until the girl is older or get a full grown cat so that it would at least have a chance!!

   She’s still in diapers for heavens sake!!
