Amazing performance from the dog. Very smart dog. i was wondering what in the world is the guy wearing? and walking with his hands on his hips

The guy is wearing what is called a Scottish Kilt. Each one has a different plaid pattern for the family heritage. I learned this from a true blue Scottish bagpiper.
