   Hello,

   I ran a backhoe for about 20 years. I once did just what this fellow did, but it was by accident and took only about 2 seconds.

   I was digging out a basement, and the wall under the “feet” on the backhoe collapsed. It was a scary ride, and I wound up in the basement hole I was digging. No harm done.
