My old friend Henk is quite right – this is in Llanwrst, North Wales, not Ireland! You’d have to go to the coast and jump on an Irish Sea ferry if you wanted to see the Emerald Isle, I’m afraid!

    Hello Becky,
No, I am a Dutchman, but have been in Wales, U.K. several times and passed this beautiful house (and – old Roman ? – bridge). I know that I am right in this case, because I have this same picture, copied from some site, in my computer. The Welsh text with it says :
TU HWNT I’R BONT TEAROOM, LLANRWST.
Sorry, I cannot translate the Welsh sentence, but as far as I know it means literally something like :
    TEAROOM BEYOND THE BRIDGE, LLANRWST.

I can’t decide if it’s creepy or cool! But, it does look kinda like something the 7 dwarves would come marching out of any minute now going off to work, singing a song…

Guess I think it’s Cool! LOL

If you paint the window and door trims green, it would be hard to see the house. Make a good places to hide out when you want to be alone.

This must be at Llanrwst, North Wales on the A470.
The ancient bridge over the river Conwy.

Looks like Ireland. No matter where, wish I could take
an hour’s escape to this spot.
