This video and the child in it was very distressing to me. What if she were at a circus and they bring out the lions in the cages, and she, figuring she could do this through a window, could easily run out to the circus cages and stare the lion (s) down….not!!!!! The parents shouldn’t have allowed her to taunt this Kingly Beast. Although he is magnificent, it was abusive. That’s my personal opinion

i agree, fern…and i don’t think the little girl was in harms way for a minute…just in case anyone didn’t see the glass, lol…and animals usually only try to defend themselves or hunt for food…

This child’s parents need talking to by someone who knows the true meaning of “Lion”. Lions kill and eat. That lion was just waiting on his chance. Mercy……….

that big cat wanted to eat her. big lions like that one are scary. if that was my child i wouldnt let her stand there that long

this was on the today show…at first i thot the lion just looked curious…but then when he pawed the window, i didn’t know…play time or supper time?? wowww
