Funny Jokes: Barber Visit & Good Genes
In the first story, a man goes to a barber shop and asks how long before he can get a haircut. The barber tells him it will take about two hours. The man returns a few days later and asks the same question, receiving the same answer. A week later, he returns and asks again, and the barber tells him it will take about an hour and a half. Suspicious, the barber asks his friend to follow the man when he leaves. His friend returns and tells him that the man went to the barber’s house.
In the second story, a 78-year-old man goes to the doctor for a checkup. The doctor is impressed with the man’s physical health and asks him how he manages to stay in such good shape. The man says he plays golf regularly and has a family with a history of longevity. The doctor asks about the man’s father and grandfather, and the man tells him that his father lived to be 98 and his grandfather was 117 and still going strong. The doctor jokes that if all his patients were like the man and his family, he would be out of business. The man then reveals that his grandfather is getting married, not because he wants to, but because he feels he has to.
