It went by too fast, both the video and years. When did I get this old? I distinctly remember about half, including the stuff after graduation in ’54. Loved it. Ellie

Mahalo nui for reminding everyone of “the good old days”. Growing up in the late forties and fifties was the best time. My mother had a pair of those oriental lamps. I still remember all the words to the songs played. We didn’t lock our doors back then; now I have bars on my windows because my home was broken into. People cared. Times change and people change while we try not to. We can recall our memories through videos like this one. Mahalo for refreshing my memory. Aloha!

I miss the 50’s. They were the best years to grow up in. They were good times in this country and being with families were a big part of it. It was about God and Country. Thanks for the memories!

Great memories of the 50’s. Joined the military out of high school, spent years in the Far East, but enjoyed so many of the things in this piece.

Loved the music and knew the words. I remember seeing the Ads too. The music brought back a lot of memories. Thanks for sending it.

Thank you. Really enjoyed this-such fun. We were the lucky ones – would not want to be a kid today. They have a difficult road to travel.

Absolutely loved listening to the tunes of the 1950’s and the rolling screen of so many memories
I was married in 1950 and in the next 9 years had 6 children. They all belonged to the Mickey Mouse Club
and watched Captain Kangaroo without fail.
    Thanks for this wonderful treat.
