   Reminds me of a guy that lived in Flat 4, the hot water service in Flat 11..just above him,…. burst…. and the poor guy in #4 came home to a very soggy and wet flat….

   Sorry Al are you sure it’s not a woman scorned?????? I oughta know I flooded one of my ex’s apts! left the water running while he was out of town…………… didn’t leave the balcony door’s open sooooooooo water pressure built up and BOOM POOF! and nope cops never knew
