   The DOT doesn’t work that fast around here. They’ve plan to widen the road I live on for about the past 5 years. Haven’t started yet. But I heard it should be done by 2016. I’ll believe it when I see it.

   This is a road in Japan after the earthquake. The US could learn something from them.
