Donkey meets 3-year-old boy and decides to become his bodyguard. Snickers wasn’t your ordinary donkey. From the moment he stepped onto the farm, something about him just stood out. He wasn’t loud or wild, but he had this way of looking around, like he was trying to figure everything out. And then, he saw Gunner. Gunner was only three at the time—tiny boots stomping in the dirt, wide-eyed with curiosity. And it’s like, in that moment, Snickers decided, “This kid? He’s mine.” What did you think? Love this about the donkey and the three year old boy. We treat our dog and cat like family—because they are.
