Elisha: You really need to lighten up. This is only a photo of a dog in
costume. The owners didn’t light the pipe, now that would be cruel. And I guarantee you this was a one time photo. He (the dog) doesn’t walk around like this 24-7. It was meant to put a smile on people’s faces. Look at how some people dress their children up, and what about halloween? People, animals, everyone dresses in costume for that. There is much more and real cruelty in the world with people and animals then this photo. Read the papers, listen to the news. There are many horror stories about ‘REAL CRUELTY’ TO ANIMALS AND CHILDREN. I’m sorry I’m coming down hard on you, but I’m a devout lover of animals and children. Have two beautiful lab/chow/miniature collies and two domesticated cats. They’ve won contests on some of the ways back when they were younger on how I dressed them up. I have a picture of my one dog dressed in a pumpkin outfit, and the other dog dressed as the devil. The dogs had a grand time jumping around and playing in their costumes. No, Elisha, this isn’t cruelty, I don’t think you understand or know the real meaning of cruelty to animals and children. Unfortunately, I do. Unfortunately I suffered tremendous abuse as a child right up until several years ago. If only I was dressed up in a costume and not abused as I was, I would count my blessings. Hopefully you can count your blessings and had no real abuse in your life. Take care, have a nice day!

This is cruel. Dogs are meant to be animals not human.
