Dog vs. Rat vs. Cat: A Trick Contest
Three years after “Cat vs. Dog: A Trick Contest”, Nana and Kaiser are back and ready to take on new challengers. But do the rats have what it takes to bring home the trophy for the best tricks?
There are two contests being held in this video: Dog vs. Rat and Cat vs. Rat. Who should the winners be??
This video was made by popular request. All behaviours are taught exclusively with positive reinforcement and clicker training.
No footage is played in reverse. All animals are performing these behaviours as shown, including walking backwards.

This was a great contest! So fun to watch. I would have to pick the dog. Put a little extra hop and jump into the tricks. I don’t think I can pick a second. The cat was amazing but so were the rats. You r an amazing trainer!

Nana’s walking on front legs only, stole the show. (DOG WINNER) Cat? honorable mention. Rats? I have to give credit where credit is due. I wasn’t aware that rats were that intelligent.

The cat was the winner. But, I love and am partial to cats!!!!!! The dog was very good, also. They were all good in some ways!!! But, I hate rodents, tame or untamed!!!!

Amazing test and I would say all won. The most amazing one to me was when the dog walked on its front two legs, that was unbelievable. The cat was good also with the spinning summer sauce spin flip. The rats showed me how smart rats really are. Did not know rats could do all that. Amazing! I wonder what everyone’s else favorite animal was?
