This dog is so cute, and obviously they have trained the dog, or he trained himself to do this! I know this is a small dog, but the leash is extremely short, and not because it was the whole length of the leash….they have lots of slack, but it is tied to the chair. I just read an article today that asked the question “Should people have to take a test in order to adopt or purchase a pet?” This video confirms the answer. Some people need it….and I am not talking about children!!!
