Dog Protects Baby from Blow Dryer
This cute poodle runs to protect its owner’s baby when the pet grooming blow dryer is turned on. It just goes to show how loyal and caring some dogs are.
What did you think of the poodle? Do you have similar stories? We would love to hear them. Share it with us in the comment section below.

I concur with most posters. The dog is smart enough to see that the baby isn’t getting the blower so he’s going to stay close to her. It is not one of the better videos on 1funny.

That man was just being intentionally cruel to that poor dog. The dog was obviously scared of the vacuum/blow dryer yet the man kept turning it on and the woman kept telling the poor dog to “protect your sister” when it would run to her for protection from the noise. The man even stated at the end of the video “I like him – I didn’t like him before but now I think I like him.” That man doesn’t deserve that little dog nor to be the parent of that poor little baby girl. I can’t imagine what terrors she’ll be subjected to in her lifetime at the amusement of her father! He’s a Jerk and the woman isn’t much better for letting him continue to frighten that pup. Not amused at all by this video!

The noise is enough to cause a hearing problem for such a tiny, young baby. The area was nasty, cluttered and the baby should not be in such a mess!!! Most of the videos with babies are very cluttered unclean places!!! People should clean up their spaces before showing the public what the babies (and themselves) live in.

Does it not bother anyone else that they keeps refering to the baby as the dogs sister? I love my pets but really. I have never called my child a pets sister or brother.

A great dog and that is what I love about dogs. It is good the dog is clean. I hope the dog teeth is clean also. Can dogs use regular tooth paste to brush teeth?

Love, I have read that regular toothpaste can be fatal for dogs. See below:
Though your pet’s dental hygiene is very important, you should never use human toothpaste to clean their teeth. Normal toothpaste contains high amounts of fluoride, which is toxic to humans and can be fatal to dogs. While we have the luxury of rinsing and spitting after brushing, dogs swallow nearly everything we put in their mouths and they have no way of avoiding fluoride ingestion.
There are many toothpastes available that are made specifically for canines. Not only are they free of any toxins that may cause damage to your pet, they don’t have the strong taste and flavor of human toothpastes that many dogs find repelling

I’m glad I ask, because in the past when I had a dog we used to brush the teeth with regular tooth paste. It was hard to do, because my dog would not be still long enough. Thank you for your the advice and I will make sure to warn others. My sister yorkie dog would always look sick, and now I think it was because of the tooth paste. When I was young about 5, we used eat tooth paste like candy. I guess there is where I get my allergies from. I’m thankful for your response. Thank you!

Baby doesn’t look frightened at all. I think the poor poodle is the one scared and running to the baby for protection and not the other way around. It sounded like the woman said “he hates that thing” so why do they keep turning it on. Agree with Dianna, not amusing at all.
