I believe this ia a postwar Messerschmidt 3 wheel car which had a 500cc 2 cylinder engine.not too many were made but it kept the aircraft maker in busuness and provided jobs. got great mileage too.
I think there is a small spinner wheel in center of back – you just can’t see it because of the angle. That is how some of the Shriners funny cars are that they use in the parades.
