There are many kinds of rodents. As Tony pointed out, the person who wrote the blurb might need a few more courses in zoology.

Looks like some sort of squirrel to me (still a rodent; not disputing that) can’t tell….can’t see the tail if it has one. Even then, could be a sort of ground squirrel.
