Restaurant Staffed with Deaf Waiters
Signs, a new restaurant located in Toronto, Canada, is the talk of the city for being staffed almost entirely with deaf employees. For most of them, this is the first time they’ve had full-time jobs in a business where their disability is an asset.

How absolutely wonderful for both the waitstaff and the customers. Hoping this sets an example so more restaurants follow in their footsteps.
