Ok I see it now. There is some type of string attached to the top that someone is pulling up. It is too funny. The dog is like “what is going on back there” Lol!

The dog shaking its booty in the yellow shorts was too Funny! Lol. These dogs are getting their dance on. Great dancing! 🙂

The dog wasn’t doing the shaking if you look at the waist band of the shorts you will see that something is attached to them to make it look like the dog was shaking its booty.
