‘Dancing On The Ceiling’ – An Old School Mash Up
Because of the positive response my previous videos have had, here’s my latest ‘dancing video’. This will probably be the last one I make of these, so it’s a little longer (over 7 minutes), and I’ve tried to include as many people as possible (some by request). Some weren’t possible, simply because they didn’t suit the edit.
As always keep the comments below respectful & on topic, otherwise they will just be removed and you may be blocked.

For movie fans everywhere here’s a fact that many fans did not necessarily know , but all actors, dancers, and singers certainly knew once they signed a seven year contract at the Big Studios: MGM, Warner Brothers, Columbia, RKO and Universal. They had better buy dancing shoes. because dance classes were required, along with singing and vocal lessons.
Back in the 1930’s the studios invested in their actors as assets. They were considered studio property. They owned you for seven years. Yes, it was like a form of ‘indentured servitude’. But, the lure of Hollywood and a seven year paycheck and the promise stardom always won over the most stubborn of young actors willing to risk all for a career in show business.
And the beat goes on worldwide unabated by those still trying to grab that illusive brass ring.
