   The Guy looks stressed out to me… yep i don’t think they are dancing
   and the cats were added later …..as cute as they are they definitely would have been at the wrong place at the wrong time…..

   It looks more like the two guys are fighting; see how the people have stopped and are looking? I think the cats have been “added” later on.
