When I was a teenager, my brother brought a great-horned owl home. His name was Cleo & when you called his name, he would fly down & land on your arm or shoulder. Loved that bird! Then later he brought a burrowing owl home. He was at first scared of our white German Shepherd & would click his beak at him & later, rode around on the dog’s back. So cute!
