Julius Caesar was never a king or an emporer. When Rome adopted a ruling emporer government they chose the name Caesar to designate their office out of respite for the assassinated leader.

In 1886 a pharmacist Johm Pemberton stirred up a CARMEL colored liquid then carried it to Jacobs Pharmacy & mixed it with carbonated water. It sold for 5cents a glass. Because it was derived from coca leaves it had a bit of cocaine and caffeine so it gave people a lift for a day. I googled coca cola so I think this is true. Maby the green stuff was coke syrup which used for upset stomach. TA DAH!
