    Shirley, I had the same problem; just drag your screen over on both sides and then you’ll be able to read the whole thing.

    @maria if they removed the whole bike the person might have figured that someone has stolen their bike and would have gone to the police to file the report for the stolen bike even if the administrative office wrote a note and taped it to the where the bike was he probably wouldn’t have even taken notice to the note because he would have been looking for his bike not the note. So the administrative office was smart enough to figure he would definitely notice the note if they just removed 1 tire than the whole bike considering the note was attached to the biked. Plus when he gets his tire he has to put it back on anyways so it’s more work for him. Makes sense to me.

    why not take and remove the lock take the WHOLE bike to the office?????? makes sense to remove a tire.. took brains really! who’s the idiot the administration that said “remove just the tire” or the idiot that actually took the time to take the tire off the frame? what’s the sense?

    I have a bumper sticker that says ” Stupidity is not a ‘handicap’ . Please park elsewhere.” It’s almost as good as my other one that says ” Hang up and drive” .

    SERVES YOU RIGHT FOR BEING SO INCONSIDERATE OF THE PEOPLE WHO NEED THE PLACE TO ENTER AND EXIT THIS BUILDING. HOPE YOU ARE JUST AS STUPID AND GO FOR THE TIRE AND THEY MAKE YOU DO COMMUNITY SERVICE; SUCH AS AIDING THE HANDICAPPED PEOPLE THAT YOU THINK DO DESERVE A BREAK; JACKASS
