   @Deb i would definately say the collar pin…down…y…thingy but unless ur acting as a vampire in a movie keep the collar down… especially if ur wearing orange lol

   Okay which looks stupider??? Collar up and tin bent over to hold your collar down, pretty much a toss up! You know someone out bought this, lol!
