This is so adorable. A car’s tongue is rough, feels like sandpaper to me, the weird feeling is probably causing the beautiful, adorable baby to laugh, also.

I think the cat was licking the water off his toes. The kid is loving it. The feet is the most ticklish part of the body, I believe.
