I believe its a Pomeranian but with the bottom shaved somewhat. At least thats my theory.

Thanx Joy! I think you’re right. Looking at the pic of him with another, in full fur, his face is totally the same, even the coloring. I wonder if that is his mom, bro., sis, or mate?!? He’s a darling, but it makes him look like a stuffed animal, with a way too large head! He’s definitely someone’s foo~foo dog, who, with all that hair, probably hates being dressed during the summer! Having had big dogs for my entire life, I’ve never subjected any of them to wearing clothing.
