Blue Moon of Kentucky – Carson Peters
10-year old Carson Peters performs Blue Moon of Kentucky with Ricky Skaggs at the Opry. For his age, he sure can sing and play a fiddle. What did you think of Carson’s performance? Please let us know in the comment section below and remember to share the video and sign up for our free newsletter!

You brought tears to my eyes, young man. You were awesome, and I think you are going to go far. You love singing and playing the fiddle and are to be commended on your talent. Maybe some day you will sing with Dolly Parton! Congratulations.

God bless you, Carson! You are a natural and have great stage presence. Your fiddlin’ was perfect as was your voice. Love the way you phrased the lyrics, too. Hope to see lots more of you and that you have a wonderful life singing and playing. This video gave both my husband and me a very big lift, so we thank the folks who made it. His sister lives in Fairview, Tennessee, which she loves, and we just visited with her this past May. It’s a beautiful place in a beautiful state. Live long and prosper.
Best regards,
