Wow! If I were that cat the bird would be history. And I would have a few swats at the people in the background, too. Poor thing.

My family had 3 different parakeets & they all ended in tragedy. My brothers left the door open & a neighbor’s cat came in & got our bird. Then a door got slammed shut when the parakeet was sitting on it & he was smashed & another cat got our last bird. I caught her & grabbed the bird. She seemed ok & I put it in the cage. The next morning it died. It had penetrated a lung. No parakeets after that.

I love the sofa or what they sit on…..If I’d been the cat the bird would have been a gonner! All these kinds of cats look annoyed. That’s what makes them special maybe…

I can’t believe that the family would allow the bird out of the cage and be so close to the cat. That I found quite upsetting.

Nothing to be upset about,I am sure the family knows the cat well I have a dog that will not hurt kittens and could trust her alone with them not all cats are bird killers so just relax.

Cat is thinking “Turn that camera off, I don’t want any hard evidence for the MURDER trial!”

What a sweet, patient cat. I wonder if the bird realizes it could have been that feline’s dinner?
