   May or may not be real. If it is real, this man will most likely have a short life. His growth hormone was way out of whack and he has very
   weak bones and joints which could be why he is leaning on a stick with
   the right knee bent. I’ve seen this as a nurse as well as having seen
   it as part of Alton, IL history. I don’t live there, but I visited there to see the home of the “Gentle Giant”, who died in his 30’s.
