People who leave that kind of trash and filth behind have absolutely no shame or conscience. Too bad littering fines aren’t taken more seriously – a weekend like this could go a long way in filling the state’s coffers.
$500 fine to litter here in Kentucky! Why are so many people having to trash such a beautiful beach?! Then Hurricane Irene comes & clean the beach. Way to go!
