Gem thank you for your response, and expressing sympathy to the families of those whose lives were lost. Those that lost homes and businesses. No, I agree there is nothing, nor will be, anything funny about Hurricane Sandy. It never should have been posted on here as 1 funny.com, however, giving the benefit of the doubt, perhaps the individual that posted the pictures didn’t know what site to put it on, and really wanted the pictures to be seen. It might have done the photographer better if indeed they had posted it for the news media, or, facebook, twitter, etc. The news media were looking for pictures of the devastation such as was presented here. Just trying to give the benefit of the doubt.
Lola, like you I must be on a roll today. How could someone post this deveststion on a website called funny.com? I’m sure not laughing. I have friends there. One I still haven’t heard from. My heart is weeping. My prayers to everyone effected by Sandy.
My most heartfelt sympathy to the family, relatives, friends, business owners and all those that have lost loved ones, businesses, homes, etc. We got hit, still no electricity, heat, food or end of flooding and down wires and trees, but nothing like everyone else. God is trying to tell us something, and we’re not heeding Him. God bless you all. When alone with Jesus I will whisper a prayer for all of you that you can come back and rebuild a new and better life.
