Beethoven’s 5th Argument Symphony
Sid Caesar and Nanette Fabray play a married couple in an argument with pantomimed action and classic music “dialogue”. No cue cards, no teleprompters, and no second takes – legendary funnyman Sid Caesar pioneered live television sketch comedy with his 1950s sitcoms “Your Show of Shows” and “Caesar’s Hour”. They were so brilliant. There are no good new comedy shows now on TV, none being made. The last good comedy show made was Seinfeld and I still watch the reruns.
